Who’s Karen?

Hi there!  I’m Karen.  I’m glad to meet you. Let me tell you a little about me.

I am Wellness Coach, Yoga Teacher, wife, mother and general anatomy nerd who teaches you how to be friends with yourself through movement and mindfulness. 

I strongly believe in being an advocate for YOU taking control of your own wellness journey by teaching you how to move, breathe, and most importantly, to trust yourself and your own inner knowing.  

Prior to formally launching my Wellness and Coaching practice, I spent almost two decades as a manager, project lead and eCommerce specialist in the Oil and Gas industry, traveling all over North America and Africa, all while raising a young family and pursuing my own personal and professional goals.

In 2016, I decided to make a major life change in pursuit of my own professional and personal well-being. I left the corporate world and started the transition to teaching yoga and eventually to health and wellness coaching.  It’s been quite a ride!

I offer a range of wellness, movement and mindfulness practices and coaching options – including individual coaching, group coaching and workshops.
