Gentle Strength yoga classes are designed to build strength and increase mobility in a very gentle way. The practice includes floor based, sitting and standing exercises combined with gentle stretching and relaxation with the use of props such as blocks, blankets, dowels, and bolsters.
Strong Flow yoga classes are designed to build strength and increase mobility progressively through slow, mindful movement. The practice includes floor based, sitting and standing exercises sequenced to help the practitioner build body and movement awareness, while using body weight and props to gradually increase strength.
Strong Flow is suitable for all level practitioners.
Restorative yoga is designed to help you relax and restore. This class is perfect for the practitioner who wants to carve out time in their schedule for purposeful relaxation and stillness.
Suitable for all levels – no experience is required. Each class ends with a guided meditation.
