This brand new whole health coaching program is my latest offering for people seeking a balance between personal, live online group coaching with the flexibility to work at your own pace. 

Think of it as personal training for your body, mind and spirit.

What does it take to be vitally healthy?  In my opinion, it’s not enough to only take care of your body in order to feel strong and well.  Each of us is comprised of body, mind and spirit and it’s vitaly important that we nurture each of these elements of our whole being.

This program combines strength training using body weight, light hand weights and resistance bands with gentle yoga, meditation and mindfulness exercises to teach you how to create a vital, healthy life.
