Private Yoga, FST, Thai Massage, Reiki

All private yoga/fst/thai massage packages are for individual use only and are not transferable.

All semi-private/private group yoga packages are limited to a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 4 participants who must be named prior to the first session.

All packages expire within 120 days of purchase.

Late and Missed Appointment Policy:

Your appointments and well-being are very important to me. I understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments necessary. If you need to cancel your appointment, I respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice either by telephone, email or online.

Cancellation Policy

Any cancellation or reschedule made within less than 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to the full amount of the reserved service.

If you are more than 30 minutes late for your service, I may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply.You agree that your scheduled appointment time is a total of 60 or 90 minutes per session beginning and ending at the scheduled time. Therefore, if you arrive late to your appointment, the appointment will end at the original scheduled time (i.e. time will not be made up or added to the end of your scheduled appointment time).

I require a credit card to hold your appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to your card on file.

In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services. The decision to re-book or waive your fee will be made at the sole discretion of Karen Rocha.

Group Yoga Classes – Online and In Person

In order to attend group classes, whether they be online or in person, you are required to purchase class passes, which are available online through my website.

All group yoga classes require pre-registration which can be done online.  Cancellation is permitted up to 60 minutes before the scheduled class time.  Any cancellation made within less than 60 minutes of the scheduled class will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to the full amount of the reserved class.

Drop in rates are not available.


Terms and Conditions of all retreats are shared and agreed to in a separate agreement, shared at the time of your registration.


Payment for specialty workshops is required in full prior to the scheduled workshop.  All payments are non-refundable. Class passes cannot be applied to specialty workshops

Teacher Trainings

Payment for teacher training programs is required in full prior to the start of the first session.  Deposits are non-refundable.  Full terms and conditions for teacher trainings are shared at the time of registration.

Business Coaching

Terms and Conditions of a business coaching relationship is shared and agreed to in a separate agreement prior to our first session together.
