My intention during any session, whether it be a group class or private one-on-one, is to teach you how to build awareness of your own movement, how your body works, how your breath flows and to guide you to become more resilient, increase range of motion and to build strength using various movement modalities within a yogic framework. 

No matter if you choose a group session, workshop or private package, I promise it will be fun.
