Rocha Wellness Yoga Workshops

Yoga workshops offer the yoga practitioner an opportunity to focus on a particular aspect or area of yoga.

Yoga workshops are typically 75 minutes to 2 hours in length or can run as a series of one-hour sessions over the course of 4-8 weeks

Rocha Wellness currently offers the following yoga workshops:

  • Restorative Yoga & Thai Massage – 90 minute class
  • 8 Weeks to Healthy Hips – 60 minute classes held weekly for 8 weeks
  • 8 Weeks to Strong Shoulders – 60 minute classes held weekly for 8 weeks
  • 8 Weeks to a Better Back – 60 minute classes held weekly for 8 weeks

Restorative Yoga & Thai Massage 

90 minutes of bliss! You will lie fully supported restorative yoga poses while Karen applies hands on Thai massage techniques designed to help you relax and restore.

Enrollment is limited to 5 people to ensure you receive plenty of attention.

8 Weeks to Healthy Hips

This 8-week therapeutic yoga and movement workshop series is designed to progressively build strength and increase mobility in the hip joints and reduce over compensation so that you can be more awesome at things like walking, bending down to put your shoes on, getting in and out of your car and maybe even sports.  No heavy machinery – just your body, your mat and some fun props.

This 8-week therapeutic yoga and movement workshop series is designed to progressively build strength and increase mobility in the shoulder joints and reduce over compensation so that you can be more awesome at things like reaching overhead and sports.  No heavy machinery – just your body, your mat and some fun props.
