Yoga & Mindful Movement

My intention during any session, whether it be a group class or private one-on-one, is to teach you how to build awareness of your own movement, how your body works, how your breath flows and to guide you to become more resilient, increase range of motion and to build strength using various movement modalities within a “yogic” framework.  No matter if you choose a group session, workshop or private package, I promise it will be fun.

I often hear “I am not flexible enough to do yoga” from people who I talk to.  My response to that is “yoga is so much more than just being flexible”.  What if your yoga helped you to be strong?  What if it helped you reduce or eliminate pain in your body?  What would that change for you?

You don’t need to be flexible or strong to start a yoga & movement practice, you will get there over time.

The most important thing you can do, is just start.

There is never a perfect time or perfect circumstances, you must begin exactly where you are in your body right now.  I am happy to guide you.
